Coaching creates an environment of trust, support, and inclusion. It gives employees an opportunity to voice their concerns, overcome hurdles, and find solutions to recurring challenges. As a result, it inspires employees to perform and contribute to the bottom line. Coaching as an attractive tool More and more experienced employees are realising the power of coaching. Recent studies:

-   A recent study by Metrix Global reported a 529% return on investment in coaching.

Orientation Programme

The Orientation Framework is vital. Staff turnover is expensive, so in order to ensure new employee success, it’s important to support them with comprehensive onboarding.
